Add your first client

Open Clients and select Add client. Add the client’s name and contact details, then save. You can add any useful preferences or notes when you log their first appointment.

1. Open Clients from the menu.
2. Select Add client.
3. Enter the details you want to keep on hand.
4. Save the profile, then choose Log appointment.

Tip: Keep profile details simple. The appointment history is the best place for the specific set information.

Log an appointment

From a client profile, choose Log appointment. Select the service, add your notes, and attach a clear result photo if it helps you remember the finished set next time.

1. Select the appointment type.
2. Add the appointment date and notes.
3. Upload a result photo from your camera or gallery, if you want one.
4. Continue to the map, or save without one.

Build a lash map

On the mapping step, choose the length, curl, and thickness you want to use. Then tap or click the lash area directly to paint the map. You can change the selected option at any point.

1. Choose the styling value you need.
2. Tap directly on the eye map to apply it.
3. Work across the map, one area at a time.
4. Save the appointment when you are happy.

Tip: You can revisit any saved appointment to edit its notes, photo, service, or lash map.

Make BeLuMae work your way

Open Settings to update your studio details and personalise the options you see while logging appointments. Add your own appointment types, lash lengths, curls, and thicknesses.

Type a new option and add it; it becomes a blue pill. Hover or tap its × when you no longer need it. These settings change the relevant appointment and mapping menus for your account only.

Use photos and history well

Client photos are private to your account and are stored with their appointment. Save a clear result photo where it will genuinely help you see the previous set at a glance.

Open any client to see every appointment in date order. Select an older appointment to review or edit it, or remove it if it was created by mistake.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Free accounts include up to five clients and five appointments for each client. BeLuMae Pro gives you unlimited clients and appointment history.

Go to Billing in the app to upgrade, see your plan, or open the secure Paddle billing portal. Paddle manages receipts, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. If you cancel, Pro access stays active until the end of your paid period.

Export or delete your data

In Settings → Data & privacy, you can download a portable copy of your studio data at any time. To permanently close your account, use the delete-account option and type your email to confirm.
